To: All Glendale Blvd. Atwater Village Merchants
Halloween is coming upon us which of course means it is just about time for the Annual Fall Festival, or ‘Trick or Treat on the BOOlevard’ event! This year, your Atwater Village Chamber of Commerce has again agreed to sponsor this very popular event, and we are hoping to confirm your participation.
The date and time are Friday, October 26th, 2018 - between 4:30pm and 6:00pm. The Atwater Village Chamber will be providing some candy and other fun items to give to the hundreds (thousands?) of children who visit every year. We will be out decorating Glendale Blvd before the event, providing volunteer crossing guards and other fun holiday activities for that day.
WHAT WE NEED FROM GLENDALE BLVD MERCHANTS:
- Confirm your participation and the contact person for your business
- Confirm if you'll be providing either all or some of your own candy/toys to give away
- If applicable, confirm if volunteers can deliver candy/toys to your business on Friday morning (10/26/2018)
- Allow the display of posters at your business storefront with pedestrian visibility
